Champion Transit's Policies and Fees

These terms and conditions outline the agreement between Champion Transit, LLC (referred to as "we," "our," or "the company") and the customer (referred to as "you," "your," or "the passenger"). By using our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Car cleaning service involves providing professional cleaning and maintenance for vehicles, including interior and exterior cleaning.

• You, the passenger, agree to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions or illnesses before entering the vehicle to receive our services.

• Champion Transit, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger displaying symptoms of illness to protect the health and safety of our employees.

• If a passenger feels unwell during transportation and suspects the onset of illness, they must inform the driver immediately to take appropriate action.

• In the event that a passenger falls sick and experiences symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, or any other bodily discharge during Champion Transit, LLC, the driver will immediately stop the car at a safe location.

• The passenger is responsible for their actions and will be held liable for any damages or costs associated with soiling the vehicle due to illness.

• The driver will provide reasonable assistance to the sick passenger, including offering tissues, bags, or other disposal options for waste containment.

• Once the situation is under control, the driver will contact emergency medical services if necessary or requested by the passenger.

• The Champion Transit, LLC and its employees will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred by the passenger as a result of illness during transportation.

•  In the event of illness during transportation, the vehicle will be temporarily taken out of service to undergo thorough sanitization and cleaning to ensure the safety of future passengers.

• The Champion Transit, LLC will make every effort to sanitize the vehicle promptly and efficiently.

• The passenger acknowledges that the cleaning process may result in the vehicle being unavailable for a period, and the company will not be held liable for any inconvenience caused.

•  While we take all necessary precautions to maintain a clean and hygienic environment in our vehicles, the Champion Transit, LLC will not be liable for any illnesses contracted by passengers during transportation.

• The passenger agrees to hold Champion Transit, LLC harmless and indemnify us against any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from illness contracted during transportation.

The passenger may cancel service at any time. However, the following cancellation charges will apply:

• If the cancellation occurs more than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, no cancellation fee will be applied, and any payment made in advance will be fully refunded.

• If the cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time, the passenger will be responsible for paying 50% of the total service price as a cancellation fee.

• Champion Transit, LLC reserves the right to waive the cancellation fee at its discretion in exceptional circumstances or emergencies.

• The cancellation request must be made directly via phone and the time of receipt of the request will determine whether it falls within the 24-hour window.

An Individual or group may book the services of Champion Transit, LLC at any time. However, the following policies and or procedures may apply:

You are not considered booked until you have a fully confirmed reservation. Reservations are not considered fully confirmed until all details of the trip(s) are provided to Champion Transit, LLC and you have received your confirmation text message or e-mail. Champion Transit, LLC will not hold date(s) or time(s) for individuals or groups that do not have a fully confirmed reservation. 

By choosing to ride with Champion Transit, LLC, passengers implicitly agree to the usage and recording of DashCams within the vehicle. These DashCams are employed to enhance safety and security for all parties involved. It’s important for passengers to be aware that their actions and conversations might be captured on video and audio. Champion Transit, LLC, ensures that DashCam usage aligns with Florida’s legal requirements and respects an individual’s privacy within the bounds of the law. By entering the vehicle and riding with Champion Transit, LLC, you consent to not holding Champion Transit, LLC liable and hereby waive any claims, in accordance with Florida Statute 943.03 and Statue 810.145.

Champion Transit, LLC requires that passengers ensure minors under the age of eighteen are accompanied by an adult. Please note that the company does supply and install car seats, including rear-facing, forward-facing, and both high back booster and backless booster seats. It is the responsibility of adults, parents, or legal guardians to ensure these car seats are installed and secured properly. Florida state regulations mandate that children under the age of six must be appropriately restrained in federally approved child restraint devices. It is the responsibility of any adult, parent, or guardian to prioritize the safety of children during transit.

Passengers are responsible for:

•  Verifying the car seat is safe and secure before choosing to take the ride.
•  Safely securing the child in the car seat and removing the child at the end of a ride.

Champion Transit, LLC will be in no way liable for any improperly installed car seat or improperly secured child.

Champion Transit, LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be made available on our website. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them.
