Champion Transit carries full commercial auto insurance, and further protects its customers with the assistance of commercial liability insurance. 

Champion Transit starts by confirming your trip details via call, text, or email. After agreeing to the price, Champion Transit sends confirmation of your scheduled ride(s) by text or e-mail. You will receive a friendly reminder of your booking the day before. The day of your reservation, Champion Transit will send you a text to inform you that your driver is on their way. A final message will be sent to your phone once your driver has arrived on site for your pickup. For Airport Pickups, Champion Transit will send a message to the phone number on file once we see that your plane has landed. Your pickup will be smoothly organized from there on out.

Champion Transit is not an on-call taxi company. Champion Transit operates through scheduled transportation for its clients. Booking 72 hours to 6 months+ ahead of time. Champion Transit can occasionally accept last minute ride request. However, we operate on a first come, first serve basis.

 Yes, Our services are available at all hours of the day. However, we do ask that you schedule your transportation ahead of time, so that driver’s can manage their sleep and working hours in a healthy manner. This way, we can positively ensure that late night or early morning pickups have a driver that is fully attentive and capable of making on-road decisions. 

Champion Transit provides room temperature waters, hand sanitizer, nasal tissues, sunshades, a free to play Octopus Gaming Tablet, second row air-conditioning controls, second row adjustable captain chairs, and charging cables for both Apple and Samsung devices, including any device using a micro USB or USB-C cables. 

The vehicle is a 2022 Toyota Sienna XLE Hybrid. This package does allow us to add one extra passenger. Giving us the ability to transport seven passengers and your chauffeur.

Depending on your transportation needs, our vehicle’s can service 4 individuals with an immense amount of storage available to seven passengers headed to a sporting event or concert. Please reach out if you have any questions about your specific accommodations. 

Scheduling a ride is easy! Simply call or text us at 941-233-4463. From there we will begin to gather information about your trip. Questions will include date(s), time(s), address(es), flight information (if applicable), and more. If you wish to receive a quote or price for your transport, we will need both your start and end addresses. Champion Transit prices its services based on the total trip mileage. Additional charges for drivers being on standby, etc. may be added on to your quote if a more customized solution is needed.

Please have all date(s), time(s), address(es), Flight Information if applicable, and a text compatible cell phone number (We cannot schedule your ride or provide an accurate quote with statements like “Venice, Florida or Lakewood Ranch.” These areas are too large in both zip codes and distances.). Champion Transit will not hold date(s) or time(s) for any individuals or groups. We nicely ask that you be prepared with all information before calling.

$35.00 is our minimum charge for each transport. However, Champion Transit does have the capability to adjust this under further discretion of its team members.

Yes. We can create custom invoices for your business or workplace that can be utilized for repeat work and for purposes of reimbursement to employees. We will be looking into the potential of offering accounts for frequent users. 

Champion Transit accepts cash payments along with other many other forms. These forms include mobile payment options through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. Credit and debit cards may also be used in vehicle through our portable POS system. Cards accepted include American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Our POS system also accepts Google, Samsung and Apple Pay. Champion Transit is PCI SSC (Payment Card Industry and Security Standards Council) compliant. Working alongside the major credit card companies to provide better security against fraud and theft for both our customers and ourselves.

Payment is taken at the end of each transport. Customized payments can be made if you wish to pay in advance or for another group/individual. Champion transit does not key in/type credit card information over the phone. At this time Champion transit does not provide any line of credit for customers to pay their fare at a later date.

Gratuity is not included in the price we provide to our clients. 100% of your tip goes directly to your driver. We believe that they deserve every penny for the above and beyond service they provide to our passengers.

Champion Transit charges $40.00 an hour to have a driver on standby. Giving you the ability to leave when you’d like and not have to miss the encore or the big game wining score! This price is also pro-rated in fifteen minute increments at a cost of $10.00 per quarter hour wait. This is a fantastic offer for groups as this pricing can come out to be less than $6.00 each in a group of seven people to have a private driver and vehicle on standby for one hour. Try getting your beverage or food item for less!

Our customers are protected from both surge pricing and late night/early morning pricing. The price does not change. Wether your transport is during the cover of the night or in morning or afternoon traffic. The price remains the same. 

Our pricing includes all costs, but does not include gratuity to your driver.
